Shotgun mass spectrometry raw dataset on budding yeast cells. The experiment was conducted to analyze the changes in gene expression in different yeast strains mutants. There are, in total, five strain genotypes, and each sample contains two technical replicates. The mutants are wild type, nrp1::URA, Galp-BEM1, Galp-BEM1+URA, Galp-BEM1+nrp1::URA. The genetic background of all of them is W303.
