Data set to reconstruct the Pectobacterium brasiliense pangenome described in van der Lee, et al. (2023) "An efficient triplex TaqMan quantitative PCR to detect a blackleg-causing lineage of Pectobacterium brasiliense in potato based on a pangenome analysis". The data set contains the input data (genomes, annotations, functions, phenotypes) to reconstruct the pangenome, the conda yml file to set up the environment to perform the pangenome analysis, and the data needed to create a BLAST database from all data in the pangenome.
