These datasets provide the raw data used in the manuscript titled "LeuO Fine-Tunes Virulence Attributable to Salmonella Pathogenicity Island-2 by Repressing ssrA Transcription in Salmonella Typhimurium."
The datasets include the following:

(2) Processed ChIP-Seq data: Includes MACS2 output files and sequences used for LeuO motif generation (formats: narrowPeak, fasta)
