These datasets provide the raw data used in the manuscript titled "LeuO Fine-Tunes Virulence Attributable to Salmonella Pathogenicity Island-2 by Repressing ssrA Transcription in Salmonella Typhimurium."

 

The datasets include the following:

 

(1) ChIP-Seq files: Paired-end reads files (format: fastq.gz).

(2) Processed ChIP-Seq data: Includes MACS2 output files and sequences used for LeuO motif generation (formats: narrowPeak, fasta).

(3) Numerical raw data: Used to produce all graphs in the manuscript (formats: xlsx).

A) High-throughput data have been deposited in the NCBI GEO database under accession number GSE280231 and will be available on the publication date.
