Dataset
In this sub-experiment, the taxonomic composition of the chain-elongating microbial community was assessed at the beginning and end of the ethanol-only experiment. DNA was extracted from biomass pellets and the 16S rRNA was sequenced using amplicon sequencing. This dataset contains the amplicon sequences at the two different time points in FASTA format.
