Description

SARS-CoV-2 spike glycoprotein synthetic cryo-EM movies. 20100 particles in 67 .mrc movies. Atomic models used can be found in dataset 'Roodmus_DESRES-Trajectory_sarscov2-11021571-all-glueCA'. Each movie consists of 30 frames with 45 e/A2 total. Atomic models derived from molecular dynamics simulation adapted from "Molecular Dynamics Simulations Related to SARS-CoV-2," D. E. Shaw Research Technical Data, 2020.
