Dataset
This open source package contains the relevant files to perform velocimetry measurements using Optical Tweezers-based Velocimetry. The supported data allows reproducing the measurements of pre-callibrated oscillatory flows as well as a sample measurements from a beating cilia. The input files are the voltage measurements from the Position-Sensitive Device (PSD). The software includes the implementation of a Kalman Filter to extract from the PSD signal the flow velocity.
