Data used/generated in the publication: Portable In-Field DNA Sequencing for Rapid Detection of Pathogens and Antimicrobial Resistance: A Proof-of-Concept Study.

Metagenomic data was generated using nanopore sequencing from lake water, retail meat products and sludge using a modified and unmodified DNA extraction protocol. Data has been uploaded to a publicly available repository (ncbi) under the accession number PRJNA1168083.
