Buyang Huanwu decoction (BHD) is a famous prescription for treating ischemic stroke (IS), but its active ingredients remain unknown. To screen the neuroprotective ingredients from BHD fraction, we first investigated the protective effect of BHD fraction on middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) rats, then screened the neuroprotective ingredients by membrane affinity chromatograph. The data we uploaded included neurological function scores, biochemical indicators, brain tissue sections, protein bands and some data on UPLC-QTOF/MS/MS.
