Dataset

These folders contain .hdf5 files that combine exported data from the single DNA molecules. The goal of the study was to test intercalation (and hence fluorescence output) upon different torsional coiling within the DNA molecule. This also includes the scripts and output excel files that are used for generating plots and analysis of the raw data and .hdf5 files.
