The repository contains data used in the study: Metagenomic analysis of antibiotic resistance across the wastewater process. Publicly available metagenomic data was used in this study to represent the wastewater treatment plant process. Data was used according to descriptions by the previous studies that generated the data. This was labelled as Upstream, Influent, Effluent, Activated sludge, Effluent and Downstream. Data was used to analyse the microbiome, resistome and mobilome. Bioprojects and run numbers can be found in the metadata provided in the publication.
