A prognostic model was established based on six intestinal flora subtypes-associated prognostic genes(CSF1R, HLA-DOA, NOS3, HOXB4, PLA1A, and RPL3) in colon cancer. The expression of these six genes in human colonic cancer cell line SW480 and colonic epithelial cell line NCM460 were determined using RT-qPCR.
