This dataset accompanies the paper "Seed tuber microbiome is a predictor of next-season potato vigor". The dataset includes drone images (.npy), arrays of lot boundaries (.npy) and canopy surface area measurements for potato plants in 2 separate years and 3 separate fields. The included script loads an image, crops a specific plot and applies the segmentation procedure to said plot. The accompanying protocol describes the techniques employed to obtain the measurements from RGB drone images of the fields.
