Dataset

This is the motion capture data from the proof of concept testing of the BERT prosthesis.
For this testing, the prosthesis prototype was hung from a fixed joint meant to simulate the human hip. Linear springs around this joint provided artificial hip moments to drive the leg. The prosthesis was started in a toe-off position for each test and was then released, emulating a human swing phase. One marker was present for the medial and lateral side of each prosthetic joint, as well as on either side of the toes. Two additional markers were used to show the proximal and distal attachment points of the linear actuator of the prosthesis.
