Dataset
Cows feed was changed by isoenergetically adding either rumen-protected protein or hydrogenated palm fatty acids. Milk fat was isolated and subsequently analysed for fatty acids composition, triacylglyceride composition, triacylglyceride structure and solid fat content. In this supplementary data, we report the detailed triacylglyceride composition, the correlation between fatty acid composition and triacylglyceride composition, and the triacylglyceride structure data. Further results are described in the open access published manuscript.
