Code and test data set for the dwell time analysis of enterovirus RNA-dependent RNA polymerases using multiplexed magnetic tweezers, to investigate snap-back synthesis and recombination.



This script constructs a dwell time distribution of tanslocating polymerases, optimized for data acquired with Magnetic or Optical Tweezers. The main function is called . All other files are different function upon which depends; they should be in the same directory.


Additionally, the workshop plans for our non-commercial flow-cell holder are attached.
