Data and scripts underlying the publication: Influence of human hunting strategies and large carnivore presence on population dynamics of European facultative scavengers. In this study we simulated the biomass densities in the trophic web of a European scavenger system using an ordinary differential equations (ODE) model.

The R file Model_wolf.R contains the code needed to run the ODE simulations in R using the desolve package. The code can be ran from top to bottom to run all simulations for all scenarios that are described in the paper, including the sensitivity analyses.

The RDS file comb_figs_dat.RDS contains all ggplot2 figures in a list that were produced during the simulations in R.
