Dataset

Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) analyses. The purpose of these experiments was to investigate thermal properties of natural polymers (gelatin, sodium alginate) and hydrogels based on these polymers. All measurements were tested on a DSC25 TA instrument. The TRIOS software was using for DSC treatment.

The raw material and air dried hydrogels were investigated in the procedure: Equilibrate 15,00 °C; Ramp 10,00 °C/min to 180,00 °C. The original hydrogels were investigated in the procedure: Equilibrate 0,00 °C; Ramp 1,00 °C/min to 100,00 °C.
