N2 - <p><em>Differential scanning calorimetry</em> (DSC) analyses. The purpose of these experiments was to investigate thermal properties of natural polymers (gelatin, sodium alginate) and hydrogels based on these polymers. All measurements were tested on a DSC25 TA instrument. The TRIOS software was using for DSC treatment.</p><p>The raw material and air dried hydrogels were investigated in the procedure: Equilibrate 15,00 °C; Ramp 10,00 °C/min to 180,00 °C. The original hydrogels were investigated in the procedure: Equilibrate 0,00 °C; Ramp 1,00 °C/min to 100,00 °C.</p>
