Dataset

This dataset contains a summary of the case study about Underground Gas Storage Grijpskerk and Norg, as part of Nynke van Uffelen's PhD thesis project. It is being made public to act as supplementary data for publications and the PhD thesis "Reconceptualising Energy Justice in light of Normative Uncertainties". The dataset contains details on a qualitative case study involving semi-structured interviews with 30 stakeholders related to the conflict around UGS Grijpskerk and Norg in the Netherlands. The research objective was twofold, namely (1) to understand the core of the controversy and (2) to explore what mechanisms hide the experiences of injustice of citizens involved.
