Dataset containing bubble size measurements and concentration logs. Experiments were performed in a 30 cm bubble column with air as the gas phase and water with salts as the liquid phase. The work investigates the impact of various salts on the bubble size distribution and uses the Gibbs-Marangoni pressure to explain this effect.
