Dataset

We expanded isolated and de-enveloped chloroplasts from spinach in a hydrogel to increase the resolution of fluorescence microscopy imaging. In this dataset, all images underlying the publication "Expansion Microscopy Resolves the Thylakoid Structure of Spinach" can be found. In the Readme file, it is indicated which images are used for which analysis.
