Dataset

The data sets are provided for the analysis of the raw data and subsequent creation of the figures presented in the manuscript 'Exploiting epitaxial strained germanium for scaling low noise spin qubits at the micron-scale'. The data supports the characterisation of noise in a high-connectivity 10 spin-qubit array using a variety of experimental techniques. Using single-hole spin qubits as a probe of noise sources, we make the case for the need of full isotopic purification in the host environment.
