We introduce the dataset for Nonlinear Fourier Classification of 663 Rogue Waves Measured in the Philippine Sea. The original data is measured by Coastal Ocean Monitoring Center, National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan. This dataset includes all wave data in this paper for the nonlinear Fourier analysis.
