Dataset

Complete set of data underlying the experiments conducted in "On-Demand Release of Secondary Amine Bases for the Activation of Catalysts and Crosslinkers". The objective of this work is to demonstrate that Dynamic Covalent (DCv) ureas can be used not only in self healing materials, but further as latent catalytic species that can be triggered by heat or the addition of water. We show this with the triggered release of aniline and subsequent catalysis of acylhydrazone formation, and the triggered formation of an organogel based on chlorooxime chemistry. The findings are backed by kinetic NMR experiments that show the conversions over time. As such, we have attached the MNova files analysing the experimental data, as well as showing the characterisation of the compounds that were synthesised in this work. To exclude any influence from potential supramolecular structures, we have also attached DLS data as Excel files. Please refer to the readme file, explaining the experiment identifiers and conditions of each experiment.
