Dataset
This project contains the data and plotting scripts for all figures in the main manuscript and supplementary documents shown in the thesis. In particular, there are two folder with the respective two directions that the project followed ("High quality amorphous silicon carbide for hybrid photonic integration deposited at low temperature" and "Magic silicon dioxide for widely tunable integrated photonic circuits"). Each individual folder contains a readme file with the details about the authors, contact details, link to the published article, specific topic of research and measurement equipment among others. All data is saved in format .cvs or .txt and can be plotted using the python scripts (format .txt) provided in the subfolders (README_plot). The results have been published in https://pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/acsphotonics.3c00968 and https://pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/acsphotonics.4c01373
