The dataset contains scripts to calculate benthic primary production rates in intertidal areas following Daggers et al. (2018). The method requires in situ PAM measurements, ambient temperature, ambient irradiance and multispectral satellite imagery. These data, including validation measurements, are supplied for the Westerschelde and Oosterschelde, The Netherlands (spring 2015).
