The data contain results from a pilot implementation study for an injury preventive intervention in Dutch soccer (Voetbalfit). The data are gathered via three online questionnaires (T0, T1, T2) from september-december 2020. The evaluations took place alongside the RE-AIM model (reach, effectiveness, adoption, implementation and maintenance). The number of trainers who signed up for usage of the injury preventive intervention was 142 of whom 63 enrolled in the research. On a scale from 1 (not satisfied) to 10 (very satisfied) the intervention scored on average a 7,8. Most of the trainers used the intervention in almost all trainings or in some trainings and spent on average 17,4 (T1) and 14,7 (T2) minutes using the intervention per training. The percentage of trainers who used the recommended routine of two exercises per training was 62% (T1) and 38% (T2). Almost all trainers indicated that they wanted to continue using the intervention, with some minor adjustments.
