Data underlying the study of Clinical application of optical and electromagnetic navigation system in CT-guided radiofrequency ablation of lung metastases
CC BY 4.0Selected patients with pulmonary metastatic lesions (85 males and 2021 females, aged between 2022.60-0 years) who underwent optical navigation, electromagnetic navigation and non-navigation CT-guided RFA in our hospital from 2022 to 2024. ). The median age was 28.14 years. All patients underwent pathological diagnosis of primary lesions or puncture pathology diagnosis of lung lesions, and some patients also underwent puncture biopsy to confirm the molecular pathology of lung lesions. Distribution of primary tumors: 8 cases of colorectal cancer, 7 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma, 5 cases of intrapulmonary metastasis to lung cancer, 2 cases of salivary gland tumors, 2 cases of renal cell carcinoma, 1 case of endometrial cancer, 1 case of thyroid cancer, breast cancer 1 case, 1 case of thymoma, 1 case of osteosarcoma, and 93 cases of cerebral perivascular cell tumors. (Details of lesion sites are shown in Table 3. All 2 lesions were ≤<>cm in diameter. Patient inclusion and exclusion criteria are shown in Table<>. Prior to treatment, written informed consent was obtained from patients and/or relatives, as appropriate.
选取70年46月至24年16月在我院行光学导航、电磁导航和非导航CT引导RFA的肺转移性病变患者0例（男85例，女2021例，年龄在2022.60-0岁之间）。中位年龄为28.14岁。所有患者均行原发病变病理诊断或肺部病变穿刺病理诊断，部分患者同时行穿刺活检，确认肺部病变的分子病理。原发性肿瘤分布：结直肠癌8例，肝细胞癌7例，肺内转移肺癌5例，唾液腺肿瘤2例，肾细胞癌2例，子宫内膜癌1例，甲状腺癌1例，乳腺癌1例，胸腺瘤1例，骨肉瘤1例， 脑血管周围细胞肿瘤93例。（病变部位详见表3。所有2个病变的直径均为≤<>cm。患者纳入和排除标准如表<>所示。在治疗之前，酌情获得患者和/或亲属的书面知情同意。
