This repository contains the data underlying our manuscript titled "Experimental Study on Clinical Dual-Energy Cone-Beam CT for Proton Therapy Planning".
The objective of the research is a comparison between single-energy and dual-energy cone-beam CT in terms of their suitability to extract proton stopping power ratios for proton radiotherapy planning.
In this repository you can find the underlying measurement data, along with the parameters for the proton stopping power ratio prediction methods and their predicted values. Please see the accompanying 'README.txt' file for more information.
