Description:
This data package contains supplementary data belonging to the paper: "An objective classifcation of condensation regimes in Direct Contact Condensation", initiated by Sherwin Safavi Nic. This research was conducted starting in 01-09-2021 and finished in 01-08-2022. The project is a collaboration between Eindhoven University of Technology and Danone Nutricia Research and investigated the critical parameters that determine various condensation regimes occuring in direct steam injection.
