Two distinct time series datasets were collected from different regions. The first dataset, referred to as dataset 1, was obtained from Adrar, Sebaa in Algeria and covers the period from 2015 to 2023. The second dataset, known as dataset 2, spans from 2016 to 2021 and was gathered from Chennai in Tataouine, Tunisia (refer to Figure 3). Both datasets consist of hourly measurements of wind speed (in meters per second) at altitudes of 50 meters and 10 meters, along with pressure (P in Pascals) and temperature (T in °C) readings. The Adrar dataset comprises 70,128 samples, while the Tataouine dataset includes 61,343 samples.
