Field data collected in Paulina Saltmarsh from 22nd of July to 31st of August in 2021 are deposited here. The zip. file includes data of ADV (Acoustic Doppler Velocimeter, Nortek AS, Norway) and OBS-3+ (Optic Backscatter Sensor, Campbell Scientific, Australia) in the main creek and on the mudflat, and a pressure sensor OSSI (the Ocean Sensor Systems Wave Gauge Blue, Wave Sensor Company, USA) on the mudflat. Date sets were used for the publication entitled "Sources of suspended sediments in salt marsh creeks: Field measurements in China and the Netherlands". Data in Chongming used in this publication were obtained from Xie et al. (2018). https://doi.org/10.1016/j.jhydrol.2018.10.027.
