Dataset
The data set is a sample set of internal transparent microdefects of polarizers. It is a MATLAB data format mat file including 113 samples. Each sample consists of a saturated image and a corresponding laser confocal microscopical imaging image. Image intensity is normalized to [0, 1]. For all of the confocal image data, the zero value represents the minimum depth of 15um, and the value one represents the maximum depth of 60um.
