Dataset

This dataset contains the raw data underlying the figures in the study 'Unraveling the TRAPP Complex in Toxoplasma gondii: Its Role in Endocytic Vesicle Trafficking,' which investigates the molecular mechanisms of vesicle trafficking in T. gondii. The data include proteomic Dataset from Bet3 co-immunoprecipitation (Co-IP), raw colocalization measurements obtained using a Nikon Ni-E automated microscope and analyzed with NIS Elements AR software, plaque assay counts and areas, parasite invasion/proliferation/egress quantifications, gliding motility distances, GFP trafficking population counts, biotin uptake assay immunoblot band intensities, and TEM-based measurements of parasitophorous vacuole (PV) areas. These datasets support the statistical analyses and graphical representations in the associated publication.
