Data and some resources for the paper Objective Bayesian False Discovery Rate
This includes the gene expression data of colorectal cancer (GSE14333) available from Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO). The GSE14333 dataset includes 54,613 genes from 290 individuals, and R codes to create the posterior FDR, which are separated into three files.
