Dataset

Data collected through semi-structured interviews regarding the social housing provision in Spain. The interviewees are drawn from various types of organisations such as social housing organisations, local and regional governments, rating agencies, public banks etc. The interviews were mostly conducted in Spanish over 2024.

Reason

While attention has been paid to record anonymisation, the sample is small and there is a risk of respondent identification. The very nature of the data, detailed specifications on financial instruments and their use is sensitive to many organisations.
