To find inflammation in muscles during physical exercise, prostaglandin E-major urinary metabolite (PGE-MUM) was examined in high school boys belonging to a soccer club. Void urines were obtained at each five-time point in studies 1 (mild exercise) and 2 (repeated exercise).
