This dataset contains all the data and code used for Master Thesis Project: Measuring citizen preferences for the Dutch Education Open Data Policy. The project measures the way individuals in their role as citizens make trade-offs between open education data attributes (mode of information presentation, number of free engaging hackathon events, number of free citizen data skill training events, risk of your personal data exposed to the public). The project used citizens stated choice experiment as the research method. The data is collected using online survey and the targeted respondents are Dutch higher education students. The collected data is used as an input to create a Multinomial Logit Model using PythonBiogeme software.
