Dataset
Electrosurgical knife integrated with optical fibers of a diffused reflectance spectroscopy system was developed for tissue read-out during electrosurgery. Dataset includes optical microscopy and SEM images and EDX measurement from optical fibers which were used closed to the blade of electrosurgical knife during cutting porcine tissue. The images show the structural change of the optical fiber and debris attachment to the tip after electrosurgery.
