Dataset

Data set including 50 patients with endogenous endophthalmitis managed in West Virginia University Medicine. This includes demographic data (age, gender) and the procedures patients received (needle biopsy, vitrectomy, enucleation). It also reports visual outcome of the patients (in Snellen format) and the microbiological culture results (intraocular, blood, elsewhere).
