Dataset

This is the dataset underlying the article: Position-dependence of valley polarization and valley coherence of WS2 monolayer flakes.
Running the matlab scripts will generate the figures in the main article and the supplementary materials. The figures display photoluminescence spectra and maps of PL intensity, valley polarization and valley coherence of different WS2 monolayer flakes.
