DATA - restricted access

Reason

The decision to restrict the use of my data under specific conditions and with authorized users is guided by three key considerations. First, this database represents a substantial personal investment; it was collected and developed entirely by me without the involvement of any outside organizations. This independence underscores the effort and commitment dedicated to its creation. Second, the data is currently critical for ongoing research endeavors, and ensuring its confidentiality is paramount to maintaining the integrity of my work. Lastly, and most importantly, the interviewees who contributed to this database entrusted me exclusively with the right to use their information. Protecting their privacy and honoring this agreement is an ethical obligation I take very seriously. These reasons collectively guide my approach to managing access to this valuable resource.

End User Licence Agreement

Access to my data is granted under strictly defined conditions to ensure it is used responsibly and ethically. First, anyone requesting access must clearly inform me of their purpose for using the data. Commercial use is prohibited. For research purposes, they must provide details of their research design and the expected outcomes of their study. Based on this information, I will carefully assess whether sharing the data aligns with these intentions. Importantly, if I later determine that their findings significantly deviate from the nature of the data or have the potential to harm the respondents involved, I reserve the right to withdraw my permission. I am responsible for safeguarding the integrity of the data and protecting the rights and well-being of the participants who contributed to it.
