This dataset contains data of raw, processed, and analysed images of polymersomes ontained by cyro-TEM analysis aimed at characterizing particle morphology. It is part of the supplementary information of the publication in Nature Nanotechnology (DOI:10.1038/s41565-024-01727-w). Four different morphologies are distinguished, Large Spheres (LgS), Large Tubes (LgT), Small Spheres (SmS) or Small Tubes (SmT). De polymersomes were either in MQ (Spheres), or 50 mM NaCl (Tubes), or in PBS (Spheres and Tubes for animal studies) during measurement. Further details are described in the publication.
