研究目的: 探讨黄河内蒙古段不同时间尺度下水气界面二氧化碳和甲烷通量变化特征及主要影响因素。

时间尺度分为季节性尺度(2022 年秋季、2023 年春季和夏季)。黄河内蒙古段的采样点包括老牛湾(LNW)、托克托县(TX)、包头(BT)、乌拉特前齐(QQ)、临河(LH)和乌海(WH)。

数据类型包括水-气界面二氧化碳通量 (FCO2)、水-气界面甲烷通量 (FCH4)、水温 (TW) pH 值、溶解氧 (DO)、总悬浮固体 (TSS)、溶解无机碳 (DIC)

方法:采用浮式室气相色谱法测定水-气界面的二氧化碳和甲烷通量。使用便携式水质监测仪(DZB-712型,INESA-Shanghai)测量采样点水柱中的水温(TW)、pH值和溶解氧(DO)。滤萃取后干燥称重获得TSS含量.DOC和DIC,用总有机碳分析仪测定总磷(TP),用碱性过硫酸钾消解-钼酸铵分光光度法测定总氮(TN),用碱性过硫酸钾消解-紫外分光光度法测定总氮(TN)。


To investigate the characteristics of carbon dioxide and methane fluxes at the water-air interface and the main influencing factors at different time scales in the Inner Mongolia section of the Yellow River.


The time scales were divided into seasonal scales (autumn 2022, spring and summer 2023). The sampling sites in the Inner Mongolia section of the Yellow River include Laoniuwan (LNW), Toketo County (TX), Baotou (BT), Ulatqianqi (QQ), Linhe (LH) and Wuhai (WH).


Data types include water-gas interface carbon dioxide flux (FCO2), water-gas interface methane flux (FCH4), water temperature (TW) pH, dissolved oxygen (DO), total suspended solids (TSS), dissolved inorganic carbon (DIC)


(TSS), dissolved inorganic carbon (DIC), dissolved organic carbon (DOC), total nitrogen (TN) and total phosphorus (TP).


Methods: Carbon dioxide (CO2) and methane (CH4) fluxes at the water-gas interface were determined by gas chromatography in a floating chamber. Water temperature (TW), pH and dissolved oxygen (DO) were measured in the water column at the sampling points using a portable water quality monitor (DZB-712, INESA-Shanghai). The filter extraction was dried and weighed to obtain the TSS content.DOC and DIC were determined by a total organic carbon analyser for total phosphorus (TP), alkaline potassium persulphate digestion-ammonium molybdate spectrophotometry for total nitrogen (TN), and alkaline potassium persulphate digestion-ultraviolet spectrophotometry for total nitrogen (TN).
