The dataset supplements an upcoming paper on using actor analysis and cognitive mapping to conduct the initial phases of serious game design where real-world problem information is captured and structured into conceptual maps. Semi-structured interviews were used as part of the methodology to capture stakeholder perspectives, which were then analysed and developed into cognitive maps. The dataset presents the details of the actor analysis, interview protocol and consent forms used, cognitive maps of actors, and the results of analysis done the cognitive maps.
