Bacteria nanomotion dataset before and after antibiotics. Data are ordered in a MATLAB table where each row represents a single measurement, and the columns contain the following information: raw data, date, antibiotic, antibiotic concentration (0 if no antibiotic is present), drum label. Drum label can be used to identify matching measurements on the same drum before and after antibiotic.
