Data underlying Chapter 3 of the doctoral dissertation titled "Nanophotonics with Diamond Color Centers: Quantum Optics and Entanglement Protocols ".
This thesis is for a doctoral degree in experimental quantum physics, and discusses experiments with color centers in diamond. This dataset allows to reproduce the figures in Chapter 3 of the dissertation.
Chapter 3 of this thesis reports experimental results on fabrication of tin-vacancy color centers in diamond by ion implantation, characterization of the optical properties and integration in diamond waveguides.
The experimental data is taken with custom Python-based software. The data is saved in hdf5 and .dat files. Two Jupyter notebooks allow to extract, fit and plot the data contained in the folders, reproducing the figures.
The data pertaining to the other chapters of the dissertation is available elsewhere (references to the repositories can be found in the thesis).
