In this presentation, ISO-compliant design criteria of the standards document ISO 22916:2022 "Microfluidic devices — Interoperability requirements for dimensions, connections and initial device classification" is shown. This content serves as documentation of design rules for compatibility with the Translational Organ-on-chip Platform (TOP). These design rules are aimed at organ-on-chip developers when creating or adapting existing designs, so that the new designs are compatible with TOP materials.
