Dataset
The scope of the work was to characterize exchange cross-talk in dense quantum dot arrays by tracking the avoided crossing position in a 2x4 array of quantum dots in a Ge/SiGe heterostructure. For each experiment, we record the reflected signal of an RF tank circuit which provides information about the charge configuration in the quantum dot array. Datasets involving spin dynamics contain single shot measurements in the Pauli Spin Blockade region. Each datapoint is recorded between 200 and 500 times, thresholded and then plotted as a function of other scan parameters like gate voltage or evolution time.
